Your mission

  • You actively contribute to the expansion of My-Trucks on the European market, and make specific regions (e.g. France) your own. As a Business Developer, you are exclusively responsible for the acquisition of new customers, we are looking for a real closer!
  • You let yourself be inspired by customers and convince them of the vision of My-Trucks.
  • You receive warm and qualified leads from our SDR, give qualitative advice and manage to convert the leads into successful sales.
  • You negotiate like the best, nice contracts at interesting conditions, and thus not only help us but also give our customers opportunities for a successful future.
  • By means of an automated CRM system, you are able to efficiently manage the sales process until the contract is signed.
  • You will build a network in your own regions and use this to develop new business independently of our marketing channel.
  • You will contribute to the growth and the future of My-Trucks, as well as to your personal growth path.

 

What do you bring to our team?

  • #Teamwork: Together with the Sales team and Marketing, you build our market. You are a real team player, communicative and take feedback from the market to strengthen our sales machine.
  • #Transparency: Both to customers and to colleagues and managers, you are transparent and open, nonsense communication and a clear well-followed pipeline.
  • #Sales: 3-5 years of experience in Sales; You have already sold successfully within a B2B environment; customer/relationship management, pipeline management, etc. no longer hold any secrets for you.
  • #Language: You will communicate daily with local entrepreneurs and markets. Writing and speaking French is a must, other languages (such as Dutch and English) are assets.
  • #TargetDriven: Targets are your ideal motivation. Work hard play hard! Overachievement is encouraged and rewarded.

 

Even better if you have it or can do it, but not necessarily:

  • Experience with a CRM (Hubspot is an advantage).
  • Experience within the trucking and/or finance world.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience.
