Operations Officer

We are currently looking for an operations officer with a healthy dose of drive and flexibility. You will join a young team where everyone is heard and where you have many opportunities in the future. At My-Trucks, as operations officer, you will be responsible for the entire 'in fleet' process of commercial vehicles. Interested? Read on quickly!

Your duties as Operations Officer:

• You are responsible for customer contact from the moment the vehicle is found by a customer until delivery
• Preparing the vehicles for delivery is part of your tasks: registering the vehicle, taking out insurance, scheduling inspections, etc.
• Preparing vehicles for sale that can no longer be used for leasing: visiting the garage, scheduling repairs, etc.
• Following up and managing damage files for the entire fleet, in cooperation with the brokers
• You think along with innovation within MyTrucks, in which respect you will manage various projects

Your profile

• Administration and good planning is a piece of cake for you
• You can handle pressure well and deal with our customers in a customer-friendly way
• Independence and a sense of responsibility are definitely qualities we are looking for in our new colleague
• You are fluent in Dutch and French
